Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of StoryPointLab and its agile planning, estimation, retrospective, checklist, and team workspace features.

By accessing or using StoryPointLab, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

You may use StoryPointLab for personal, professional, or team collaboration purposes, provided that you do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, teams, sessions, or infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content you enter into shared sessions, workspaces, checklists, and retrospective boards.

Some features may be available without an account, while team workspaces, saved defaults, and persistent collaboration features may require authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity occurring under your account or invited team access.

StoryPointLab may allow anonymous or link-based collaborative sessions for tools such as planning poker, retrospectives, or estimators.

Anonymous shared sessions are temporary and are intended to be automatically deleted after 24 hours.

You should avoid placing sensitive, confidential, or regulated data into anonymous shared sessions.

You may not use StoryPointLab to upload or share unlawful, abusive, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, spam, or abuse the service, including through automated requests or unauthorized session access.

StoryPointLab is provided on an evolving basis and features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

StoryPointLab is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No guarantee is made that calculations, estimates, summaries, saved workspace data, or collaborative sessions will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, StoryPointLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages resulting from the use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
