Small tools for better sprint conversations
StoryPointLab helps teams estimate work, understand capacity, run retrospectives, and agree on quality gates with less meeting friction.
What StoryPointLab is
StoryPointLab is a focused workspace for agile planning conversations. It combines planning poker, story point estimation, sprint capacity planning, retrospective boards, Definition of Ready checklists, and Definition of Done checklists in one product.
The product is intentionally small. It is designed for teams that want useful facilitation tools without adopting a full project management suite or forcing every conversation into a rigid workflow.
Who it is for
StoryPointLab is built for product teams, engineering teams, scrum masters, delivery leads, and technical founders who need clearer planning without more ceremony.
It works before a team account exists, and it becomes more useful after sign-in when teams want saved templates, named retrospective boards, and shared planning defaults.
Design principles
Each tool is built around one job: estimate, calculate capacity, collect retro feedback, or define a delivery gate. The app avoids unnecessary project tracking features so meetings can stay focused.
The goal is not to replace team judgment. StoryPointLab makes assumptions visible so teams can discuss them more clearly.
Independent product
StoryPointLab is operated by Christian Weiss in Munich, Germany. The product is independent and is not affiliated with Atlassian, Scrum.org, Google, or any other agile certification body.
